Description: ‘Karuppu Panam’ is a hard hitting film about the capitalistic society of the mid 60’s. A group of people form a gang and rob the rich. Their modus operandi is to rob only the black money stacked inside the houses of the so called elite and the rich. Even after 15 years the Police are not able to find the real culprits. Deputy Commissioner Shanmugasundaram takes it upon him to find the leader of the gang and bring him to Justice. How he does it and what are all the impediment he faces is what the rest of the film is all about.
